The new PA-25/PAX-25 Series Air Proportioner from PMC was developed to provide the applicator with an economically priced proportioner that is applicator riendly, very serviceable and designed to meet modern day Spray Foam and Spray Applied Coatings requirements.

Economically Priced: Less expensive than most electric and hydraulic machines on the market today.
Air Driven Proportioner: 7” Heavy duty single piston air motor.
Open Frame Design: Allows the operator full view and easy access to all the critical components of the proportioner along with easy access to the inlet filters.
Lightweight: The aluminum frame and console construction make this a machine that can easily fit in a small trailer.
Individual “A” & “R” Heaters: The individual mass style aluminum heaters provide independent control of “A” and “R” chemical temperatures.
Re-settable Cycle Counter: Manual re-settable cycle counter allows the operator to precisely measure the amount of chemical used per job.
Air Solenoid Safety Shut Off: Shuts off the air supply should an over pressure occur with the pumps or if the emergency stop button is pressed.
Over Temperature Safety Shut Off: Shuts off all power should heater temperature rise above 220 degrees.
State of the Art Reversing Valve: Reverses Pump Direction without the need for electricity.
Digital Automatic Temperature Control: Digital controllers allow the operator to precisely program the set temperature to suit the chemical system being used. Used in concert with the PMC Temperature Sensing Unit (TSU), the PA-25 Series will provide accurate and consistent hose heat to ensure the most effective yield for your product under varying conditions.
Hose Transformer Tap Settings: Standard terminal block tap setting for your particular hose length.
