Solid Drilled Threaded Thermowell

The TTW101 solid drilled threaded thermowell is designed for high-pressure and high-flow applications, made from solid bar-stock for strength. It offers parallel or tapered stem profiles with various process thread connections. It can accommodate RTD or Thermocouple temperature sensors with BSPP, BSPT, or NPT threads. Available in materials like 316 stainless steel, Alloy C276, Alloy 400, and Alloy 600. Wake frequency calculations per ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016 are offered for suitability determination. Certification services include 3.1 material certificates, pressure testing, and positive material identification (PMI).
